Do I have to be in good shape to start a programs?
Nope! Our programs are designed to be used for people at all levels of strength and fitness whether you have never been in a gym or have dedicated years to it. Everyone has to start somewhere and the sooner the better. Many of our clients who are achieving their fitness goals right now started exactly where you are!
Is this a CrossFit gym?
Although we respect the ideas behind CrossFit and what it has done for the fitness industry, this is not a CrossFit gym. We use similar equipment at times and we do use high intensity training techniques but we do not follow CrossFit programming with our clients unless it is requested. We also have an abundance of machines and cardio equipment that you wouldn’t find in a CrossFit gym.
How many days per week should I train?
This depends on each individual. We recommend setting up an appointment to meet with a trainer to discuss the program that would best suit you. You can see great results from training 2 days each week or 6 days each week; you have to find what works best for you.
What are the hours available for training membership sessions?
We have trainers available for small group sessions from 3pm to 8pm Monday through Friday as well as 5am to 10am on M/T/TH/F. We use an open schedule so you can come in at any point during those hours to get your training session in!
What times are available for One-on-One sessions?
Our trainers schedule their one-on-ones by appointment and availability. We recommend setting up an appointment to meet with a trainer to schedule these sessions.
Do I need to sign a contract?
We offer a variety of non-contract membership options to suit your specific needs. For non-contract memberships, we ask for 2 weeks notice for cancels or holds.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
Typically we ask for membership cancellations to be done in person. If you are unable to do so in person, you are also able to mail a letter to our physical address. Keep in mind, to satisfy the two week notice cancellation policy, the letter would need to be postmarked two weeks prior to your next billing date. We also have membership holds available for up to 3 months.
